I'm not going to pretend I have it all figured out. Here's the honest version.
I work in GRC — Governance, Risk and Compliance — and a while ago I got curious about whether I could actually build the tools I kept wishing existed. So I started. Slowly. Imperfectly. Googling things I probably should have known.
I'm new to vibe coding and GRC engineering, but I've been learning in public — building a live compliance tracker, exploring AI tools like Claude and Cursor, and figuring it out one commit at a time. The GRC Framework Update Tracker you'll see below? That's real work, built by someone who is still very much on the journey.
Outside of work, I'm a mum of three — ages 12, 9, and 3. I do school runs, bedtime stories, and compliance frameworks, sometimes all before 9am. I share that side of life on Instagram because I think it matters for people to see what working in tech can actually look like.
My background is in governance, risk and compliance. I'm now exploring how to make GRC work smarter through automation, better tooling, and systematic thinking.
